These Easy Antipasto Skewers can be put together at the last minute and are perfect for any party! You guys! I’m doing a little celebration today, because this is my 300th recipe post!! Woohoo! 🙂

These Easy Antipasto Skewers can be put together at the last minute and are perfect for any party!

When I started this little food and travel blog 3 years ago, I had no idea this food and travel obsession/hobby would turn into a business for me.

I started this basically as a place to keep track of all the recipes I would create at home, and to store pictures and document my travel adventures.

People often ask me how I started this blog because they are inspired to start one as well. So I decided to create a post on How To Start A Blog In 3 Easy Steps. If you’re thinking of starting your own blog, I encourage you to check this out, it’s easier than you think it is! 🙂

Ok, now let’s get back to this yummy recipe!

These Easy Antipasto Skewers can be put together at the last minute and are perfect for any party!

I love Holiday entertaining. When I host a party, I like to keep things simple so I’m not all stressed out.

These Antipasto appetizers are perfect to throw together at the last minute. They are completely stress free to make, and your guests will be super impressed by how beautiful these look!

I made these with:

  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Mozzarella Balls
  • Basil
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Prosciutto (my latest obsession)
  • and Marinated Artichoke Hearts

Now you can use a variety of different foods, depending on what you and your guests like.

You could use Green Olives, Salami, Roasted Peppers, or Cooked Tortellini. It’s totally up to you to make this your own creation! 🙂
