This Cilantro Lime Hummus is so creamy, delicious, and has just a bit of a spicy kick that’ll make you wanting more! Seriously. I cannot stop eating this!

Cilantro Lime Hummus

Ever since I got back from my holiday cruise to Mexico, I have been craving everything Mexican.

It’s been inspiring me to get more creative with different dishes, like this hummus.

I love making my own hummus now. It’s so easy to just throw it all together and blend it up. Plus I can experiment and make unique flavors of hummus that I can’t normally find in the grocery store, like this Cilantro Lime Hummus!

Oh, and while I was in Mexico I picked up this cute little bowl to put this hummus in. I love it, it’s so festive, colorful, and the perfect size for dips!

Cilantro Lime Hummus

To make this hummus I used simple healthy ingredients:

-Chickpeas

-Tahini

-Cayenne Pepper

-EVOO

-Garlic

-Fresh Cilantro

-Green Chilis

and

-Lime Juice

Just add all of this to a Food Processor and blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.

Then serve with your favorite veggies or chips!

You can also play around with the spiciness of this hummus. I’m more of a medium spice gal, but if you like more spice you could simply add more cayenne pepper or green chilis to really kick this up a notch.

If you wanted it less spicy, just add less cayenne pepper or green chilis to this. Or put in more lime juice to kind of mellow out the spice.

And don’t forget to take a picture and Hashtag it tastefulventure on Instagram so I can see!

Cheers!
