So I added some frozen Bananas, frozen Strawberries, and some
This is simply one of the best healthiest desserts I think I’ve ever made.
Oh and it’s kid approved, or should I say teenager approved! I keep forgetting my son is no longer a kid and is now a teenager.
Anyway, he loves this yummy dessert!

Do you have any nutritional information for this? It looks really good…
Sara says
Hi Mary, I have just added this in there.
Janet says
Wow! Thank you so much for this recipe! I’m on an elimination diet (of sorts) and really needed a treat! I used about 1/4 can coconut cream instead of the powder. And topped it with toasted almonds. It is so creamy and delicious! I’ll make this again and again. Many thanks!
Sara says
So glad you liked it Janet!
Yvonne says
This sounds really good. I really miss ice cream since I can not tolerate dairy any longer. Looking forward to trying this alternative. Thanks for the recipe.
Sara says
It’s definitely a great alternative and so yummy! I hope you love it:)

When we have tried making ice cream with coconut milk & frozen fruit in our VitaMix leftovers turn really hard & chunky when frozen overnight. Will the powder keep it from doing that?
Jacq says
Have you tried other fruits? My husband is allergic to bananas but I want to make this recipe so bad. Any recommendations?
Sara says
This would work well with any type of fruit:)
Dawn Yuzwa says
1/4-1/2 cup Black beans would be a great substitute, and it would ramp up the protein content as well. Or you could also use an avocado if you’d prefer.
Vanessa says
THis looks so good! Does it keep long?
Sara says
Well it doesn’t usually last long in our house, lol! But if stored in an air tight freezer container it will be good up to a week.
