This Apple Cider Vinaigrette recipe has only 5 ingredients, and is super easy to make! This will be your new go-to salad dressing!

Why You’ll Love this Apple Cider Vinaigrette
The flavor is crisp and slightly creamy with a subtly sweet taste. It’s super easy to make and is so much cheaper to make your own salad dressing. It has healthy, all-natural ingredients (no weird ingredients that you can’t pronounce that are normally in store-bought dressings).
Apple Cider Vinaigrette Ingredients
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Love, love, love this recipe!! So simple and delicious!!
I only use about half of the recommended Sea Salt but I do add a small amount of dried Basil Flakes as I love the flavor it gives to the vinaigrette!
Thank you so much for sharing a recipe that is absolutely yummy and easy and quick to make!! ❤️?

I’m trying this dressing today and know we will have leftovers. Is it essential that it be refrigerated? The only thing different from my usual drawing is the honey.
If I don’t refrigerate it, how many days can it stay out?
Thanks
Sara says
Hi JoAnne, I would recommend refrigerating it. When you’re ready to use it again just bring it to room temperature and shake well.
Tina Carlton says
In my humble opinion there’s absolutely no reason this dressing needs to be refrigerated. Do you refrigerate olive oil, honey, or vinegar? No. So why would you need to refrigerate when those ingredients are combined?
Vicki says
Delicious and could not be simpler to make. Loved it!

Very nice recipe, but I needed a little tang so I added a few splashes of balsamic vinaigrette. Totally yummy!

One of the most enjoyable and easy to make dressings I have ever had! Not a fan of vinaigrette’s but this is now my go to dressing from here on out! I love the simple healthy ingredients. To me less is always best.
Thank you so much for the great recipe and easy to follow instructions.

I hit all 5 stars! Don’t know why only 4 showed!
Donna says
Love this❤️ Why can it only be refrigerated for 5 days. I didn’t read that part and I used the dressing refrigerated after a month or more.
sydney salguero says
Should this be refrigerated?
Sara says
If you have leftover dressing you can refrigerate this for up to 5 days.
Becky Worthington says
Why 5 days? I don’t see anything that would go bad?

My sister makes a similar recipe which I tried while visiting her over the Christmas holiday but hers came out creamier than min when I tried it. I followed your recipe and I’m not sure why but I still didn’t get the creaminess I wanted, unless I measured wrong since I was trying for no clean up and did everything by eye. Any suggestion which ingredient I need to add a bit more creaminess to this vinaigrette? Thanks, this is my new go to salad dressing!
Sara says
Hi Deborah, This salad dressing was made to be slightly creamy. I’m not sure what your consistency was since you didn’t pre measure anything. You could always add more Honey to make it thicker if you wanted. Glad you like it! 🙂
