This smoothie is so velvety, creamy, and delicious! It’s made with four simple ingredients, so it’s super easy to whip up on those busy mornings.
I still can’t believe it’s the week of Thanksgiving already. I mean where does the time go?
And then, next month will be Christmas… Wait. Stop. Ok seriously you guys, I feel like I’m so unprepared for the Holidays this year.
It may seem like I have it all together, but in reality I am scrambling just to keep up with everything. Whew!
I mean, I haven’t even had time to cook a decent meal in weeks! I know, right? I’m a food blogger, I’m supposed to always be whipping up delicious meals every night. Umm yeah… that doesn’t always happen.
So instead I’ve been posting a lot of drink recipes lately. A girl has to get her nutrition in somehow right?!
These Bob’s Red Mill Protein Powders (affiliate) have been a total life savor for me in the morning.
I can just add a few scoops to my breakfast smoothie. It totally fills me up and gives me enough energy to make it through my day!
I’m totally digging their Chai Protein Powder.
So I decided to mix that with some Pumpkin Puree, Bananas, and Coconut Milk. Wowza! The flavors of Pumpkin and Chai together are soooo good!
This is definitely my new favorite fall go-to smoothie!

Pumpkin Chai Protein Smoothie

- 2 cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk (the kind found in the dairy section of grocery store)
- 2 scoops Bob’s Red Mill Chai Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Bananas (sliced and frozen)
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
