What to do with all the turkey leftovers from Thanksgiving? Make this Cranberry Walnut Turkey Salad! Made with cooked turkey, dried cranberries, walnuts, celery and mayo. You can add it to a bed of greens, use it in sandwiches, or just eat it as is!
I hope all of you had a great Thanksgiving!
I don’t know about you, but I love all of the leftovers. You can do so much with leftover turkey like this healthy Turkey Zoodle Soup, or these Turkey Gouda Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, or this yummy Cranberry Walnut Turkey Salad that I made today!
Oh and if you want you could also replace the turkey with chicken if you prefer that instead!
Here’s what you need to make this recipe:
- 4 cups cubed cooked Turkey about 1 lb
- 1 Celery stalk chopped
- 1 cup Walnuts chopped
- 1/2 Dried Cranberries
- 1 Tbs Dried Tarragon
- 1 Tbs Dried Parsley
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Mayo
Combine all the the about ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Taste and add more seasonings to your liking.

Ingredients
