This Fennel Lemon Mint Burrata Salad is made with simple fresh ingredients and is INSANELY flavorful!
I just got back from a crazy weekend in Key West with friends, and boy oh boy do I need a detox!
I immediately hit the grocery store upon returning from my trip and stocked up on tons of veggies. Fennel is one of my go to veggies when I need to detox my body.
This Fennel Lemon Mint Burrata Salad makes for a perfect light lunch and is full of goodness.
Fennel is so good for you. It helps lower cholesterol, it supports bone and skin health, it helps promote weight loss, helps prevent cancer, and also is great for indigestion.
It’s like a true Super Food!
If you’re not familiar with Fennel, the flavor of it is similar to licorice.
The combination of the Fennel along with the Lemon Zest/Juice, and Mint is so immensely flavorful.
Topped with creamy Burrata makes this the perfect salad!

Fennel Lemon Mint Burrata Salad
- Prep Time: 10 mins
- Total Time: 10 mins

- 1 Fennel bulb
- 1 Tbs Lemon Zest
- 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbs EVOO
- 6 fresh Mint leaves julienned
- 3 – 4 oz Burrata
- Wash and trim stem off of Fennel bulb
- Thinly julienne the Fennel bulb and add it to a large bowl
- Add Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, EVOO, and Mint leaves
- Mix well so all is coated evenly
- Marinade for 10 minutes
- Top with Burrata and enjoy!
