If you’re like me and indulged a little too much over the weekend, then it’s time for a little reboot!

Ok so I admit it, I’m not a huge fan of Beets. Well maybe I just haven’t made them right. I’ve tried roasting them to put in a salad, but the flavor was a bit off for me.

Juicing Beets is a whole different story for me though.

I love Beets when they’re mixed into a fresh juice. They have sort of a sweetness to them that’s hard to describe. When they are juiced with the right combo of vegetables and fruit, they are outstanding!

Beets are also really good at cleansing your liver. I mean, who doesn’t need a good liver cleanse once in awhile?
