This Avocado Cilantro Sauce is made with simple fresh ingredients and is so addicting! This is great as a dip, or top it onto your favorite Mexican dish!
If you’ve been following the blog for awhile then you’re fully aware I’m a total Avocado addict. I incorporate Avocados almost daily in my meals.
Whether it’s adding them to smoothies, making avocado smash toast with eggs, or homemade guac.
I’m truly a girl that belongs in Cali, but is living in Florida… so I just roll with it.
I kind of stumbled upon this while I was experimenting with new salad dressings. I basically took most of the same ingredients I would use to make fresh guac, then put a bit of a twist on it.
I mean what’s not to love… it’s got:
- Avocado
- Lime Juice
- Cilantro
- Avocado Oil
- Sea Salt/Pepper
- and Garlic
These staple ingredients can be used for guac, salad dressing, or a topping for tacos even. It just depends on the consistency you make it.
Pssst! (Spoiler alert, yummy taco recipe coming soon using this avocado cilantro sauce!)
