I’ve been craving Chocolate lately. Not just any Chocolate though.

I’m kinda picky when it comes to having a treat, because I don’t want to undo all of the healthy eating and exercise I’ve been doing with a high calorie treat.

I’ve been getting my Chocolate fix on in the mornings for breakfast by putting Raw Organic Cacao Powder in my smoothies.

Raw Organic Cacao Powder is amazing!

  • It has 40 times the Antioxidants of Blueberries
  • It’s one of the highest plant-based source of Iron
  • It’s full of Magnesium for a healthy heart and brain
  • It has more Calcium than Cow’s Milk
  • It’s a natural Anti-Depressant and mood lifter

And the Chocolately taste it has is so good, this is like a win-win SuperFood!

I used Vanilla Almond Milk as a base for this smoothie, but you could use any kind of dairy free milk you want such as Coconut Milk or Cashew Milk.

I like the Vanilla Almond Milk because of the Vanilla flavor. I just think it blends all the flavors of this smoothie together so well.

Next I add the Raw Organic Cacao Powder (I add the powder before the fruit so it’s at the bottom and doesn’t fly up when I start the blender).

Add in the Peanut Butter.

Then add the frozen Bananas. I prefer frozen Bananas because it makes the smoothie thicker and tastes more like a dessert.

Blend for 30 seconds and serve!

I made a little extra treat for myself when I photographed this. I added some All Natural Dark Chocolate shavings to the top of this smoothie. Yum!

Does the almond milk have to be sweetened or unsweetened?

      5 stars
My guess would be around 350-400. I totaled everything out except for the bananas and it came to 300 per serving.

I consider the drink 2 servings also
