These Ham, Pineapple, and Cheese Bites are the perfect easy appetizer to put together for any Spring party!

My best friend from high school came in from out of town to visit us last week with her family. I was thrilled because this was her first time visiting me in Florida since I moved here 3 years ago!
There was a lot food that went in our bellies that week, and lots of chit chat and laughter about all of the fun old times we used to have. Wait… we still have fun, we’re not that old!
One of the appetizers I made while they were here, were these Ham, Pineapple, and Cheese Bites.
This was super easy to put together too.
I used the Uncured Honey Ham from Castle Wood Reserve® to make this, but you could use any of the delicious meats they have such as the Smoked Virginia Ham, Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Smoked Honey Turkey, Oven Roasted Turkey, or the Angus Seasoned Roast Beef Top Round.
To make this just take each deli meat slice and roll it up lengthwise, then cut in half and place on a toothpick.
Add a piece of Pineapple and Cheese to it and repeat for each one.
The kids had a lot of fun helping us make these too. I think they were eating them as fast as they were making them!

Ham Pineapple and Cheese Bites
Ingredients
- 1 package of Castle Wood Reserve® Uncured Honey Ham
- 1 Pineapple chopped into bite size pieces
- 1-2 lbs of your favorite Cheese cubed
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Roll each slice of Castle Wood Reserve® Uncured Honey Ham up and cut in half.
- Place one piece of rolled Ham, one Pineapple chunk, and one piece of Cheese on each toothpick.
- Add to a platter and serve.
- Enjoy!
