I gotta admit I was a little nervous being on camera…I really gotta get over my camera shyness! But I have to admit, shooting this little video was super fun. 🙂
Today I’m going to show you how easy it is to use a Juicer!

The health benefits of juicing are huge. Basically I started juicing about a year ago after watching Fat Sick & Nearly Dead.
This documentary totally blew me away. I had no idea what the benefits of juicing had and what a transformation they can make on people. Not only were people losing weight, but they were getting healthy, and building their immune systems!
Ok, so I’m not trying to sound like a commercial here even though I think I just did…I honestly just truly believe in healthy natural remedies.
Now I don’t know about you, but I hate getting sick. And this time of year, it seems like everywhere you turn someone around you is sneezing and spreading their sickly germs on everyone.
Ok, enough of my spiel 😛
Basically all I know is that ever since I started juicing, I feel tons better and am sick less. 🙂
Rainbow Carrot Juice

- Total Time: 10 mins
- Yield: 2 1x

- Cuisine: Juicing, Healthy Recipes
- 5 large Rainbow Carrots
- 5 stalks Celery
- 1 Fuji Apple
- 5–6 large Kale leaves
- 1 inch piece Ginger peeled
- Wash all produce.
- Cut ends off of celery, carrots, and kale
- Cut and core fuji apple
- Cut pieces to fit into juicer
