This Healthy Chocolate Mint Smoothie is so refreshing. It’s the perfect pick me up to jumpstart your day!

Healthy Chocolate Mint Smoothie

I’ve been making smoothies almost every morning for breakfast lately. It’s great because you can make them the night before, so the next morning you can just grab and go!

I also like them because I can add all kinds of different organic healthy powders to help build up my immune system.

Some of my favorites are Camu Powder which is full of Vitamin C, a Superfood Green Blend to get all the goodness from a variety of healthy greens, and you can even find Daily Immunity Boost powders to add in.

I didn’t add these to the recipe, but I just wanted to share some ways you can easily boost your immune system. 🙂

Healthy Chocolate Mint Smoothie

All you need to make this yummy smoothie is:

  • 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk
  • 15-20 Mint Leaves
  • 2 frozen Bananas
  • 4 Tbs Organic Cacao Powder

Now you don’t have to freeze the Bananas if you don’t want to. I like to freeze them because it makes the smoothie thicker and nicely chilled.

Healthy Chocolate Mint Smoothie

Just add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.

If you want to make this the night before, be sure to put them in an airtight container with a lid. I like to use the mason jars with a handle, because they are just so retro and cool looking. 🙂

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk
  • 15–20 Mint Leaves
  • 2 frozen Bananas
  • 4 Tbs Organic Cacao Powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Serve and enjoy!
