How to Roast Red Peppers, this is super easy and so delicious. Only takes 20 minutes and cleanup is a breeze!

Roasting Red Peppers has to be one of my favorite ways to eat Red Peppers. It’s super easy, it only takes about 20 minutes in the oven and they are soooo delicious!

How to Roast Red Peppers

You can make as little or as many as you like. Use them to make Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, or just eat them as a healthy side dish.

I like to slice my peppers in long strips, but you can also leave them whole if you want. Also I usually add a whole clove or two of Garlic. Because roasted Garlic is equally just as delicious.

Then just drizzle some EVOO over everything and bake. I usually put parchment paper over my baking pan before adding the peppers. That way when they’re done, I can just toss the paper in the garbage and cleanup is done!
