Boozy Chocolate Fondue with three simple ingredients. This is the perfect dessert for a cozy date night in, or for enjoying with some friends! Or if you prefer… a party of one (you don’t have to share, I don’t judge).
I love Fondue.
The Melting Pot restaurant used to be one of my favorite Fondue places to go to. But since I moved to Florida 2 1/2 years ago, I found the nearest Melting Pot is an hour and a half away.
That’s ok though, because dining there can be pretty expensive.

I actually prefer fonduing at home now ever since I learned how to make this Boozy Chocolate Fondue.
Plus I can enjoy a few bottles, I mean glasses of wine and not have to worry about driving. Whoop Whoop!
I used to have a fondue set, but sold it before we packed up everything we owned into two cars and moved to Florida. Some day I will get one again. 🙂
So yes, this recipe will also work with a fondue set if you have one.
I used a Crock-Pot Little Dipper for this. Mine actually came as a set with my 6 quart Crock-Pot.
This works just as good as a Fondue Set, actually a little better because you don’t have to worry about an open flame catching things on fire.
Take 1 Tbs of Coconut Oil and rub the bottom and sides of the mini crock-pot, this will make cleanup much easier. I prefer Coconut Oil because the flavor blends in nicely with the Chocolate as well.
Add in a cup of Mini Chocolate Chips.
Plug in the crock-pot, put the lid on and stir about every 10 minutes until the Chocolate is completely melted (about 30 minutes).
Slowly add in the Kahlua and Coconut Milk. Don’t worry if it looks a little soupy at first, it will thicken up!
Cover and let it cook about 20 more minutes until all is blended together and is nice and creamy when stirred.
Since Valentine’s Day is only one week from today, I’m thinking this would be a good idea for a romantic night at home.
Dip your favorite fruit, cheese, or even pretzels into this heavenly chocolatiness!
