grilled caprese brie

This is definitely one of my favorite appetizers to make. I mean, what’s not to love? It has all of the things!

If you don’t have a grill, no worries because you can make this in the oven as well! Just bake it at the same temp and time.

Alright, let’s get into this recipe!

Start by preheating the grill to 400F.

Place Brie in a 9 inch cast iron skillet and score the Brie in a criss-cross pattern across the top.

Add Tomatoes, Garlic, Sea Salt, Pepper and EVOO to a bowl. Mix together then pour it over the Brie.

Place skillet on the grill and close the lid. Grill 15-20 minutes or until cheese is nice and melty.

Carefully remove skillet from grill using oven mitts or grill gloves. Sprinkle Basil over it and drizzle with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Now get ready to dig into all this cheesy goodness!
