These Grilled Jalapeño Burgers are so tender, juicy, and have a nice spicy kick! This definitely kicks burger night up a notch!
The Jalapeños have been growing like crazy in my garden this year, so I’ve been trying to incorporate them in more recipes.
I’ve made Skillet Jalapeño Cornbread, Vegan Jalapeño Cashew “Cheese” Dip, Fresh Spicy Salsa, and Sheet Pan Buffalo Chicken Nachos.
So today I decided to grill up some burgers with Jalapeños and let me tell you, this did not disappoint!
I used 3 Jalapeños finely chopped with the seeds removed. If you want it spicier feel free to leave the seeds in! Along with these I mixed Sea Salt, Black Pepper, and Smoked Paprika into the ground beef.
Formed them into patties. BTW I love this burger press from Weber!
Preheat your grill to 425 degrees. Grill 4 minutes each side for medium rare, or until the desired doneness you prefer.
Top with your favorite toppings and condiments. Then prepare to dig into so much deliciousness!
