These Prosciutto Mozzarella Tomato Ciabatta with Basil Pesto Rolls are so flavorful and Gluten Free!
You guys! I’m so excited because I finally found a super tasty Gluten Free Ciabatta Roll! It’s made by Schar (no this is not sponsored, I just truly love their products), which is an Italian company that makes the most delicious Gluten Free products in my opinion.
Alright, let’s jazz up this Ciabatta Roll!
I simply added:
- Piled on the Prosciutto (Yasss!)
- and spread on some of my homemade Basil Pesto

Prosciutto Mozzarella Tomato Ciabatta with Basil Pesto

- 2 gluten free Ciabatta Rolls
- 2 Tbs Basil Pesto
- 2 Tbs Alfalfa Sprouts
- 2 slices Tomatoes
- 2–4 slices Mozzarella (depending how big the package is, cut to fit the ciabatta)
- 6 slices Prosciutto
- Spread Basil Pesto onto each Ciabatta Roll
- Add Sprouts, Tomatoes, Mozzarella, and Prosciutto
