Easy Caprese Salad Bites, this is the perfect appetizer that everyone will love!

Caprese Salad is one of my favorite appetizers to make. I decided to make it a little different this time by making it into individual appetizers on toothpicks, that way it’s easy for people to just grab and go!

Who’s ready for summer! I am so ready for all of the beach days, pool days, and BBQs… who’s with me!

Ok I know technically summer is not until mid-June, but I like to think it officially begins once school is out.

Here where we live in Florida the kids have one more week of school. They get out earlier this year to make up for last year. Last year they only had a 2 month summer break, that was a total bummer.

Another reason I’m really excited for school to be out and summer to start, is that I will be house hunting! I’m planning on relocating to the Sarasota area which is way across the other side of the state from where I live now.

When we moved to Florida 3 years ago we really had no idea what part we wanted to live in, we just wanted to be by the beach. After taking a girls weekend trip over to Siesta Key with my friends, I realized that is where I needed to be. It just felt like ‘home’.

I love the gulf coast, the calmer water, and the more laid back vibe. Don’t get me wrong, I really liked living near Flagler Beach on the Atlantic Coast too. It was a great starting point for us, but now it’s time to move on.

I’m ready for a fresh start, ready to meet new people, and start a new chapter in my life.

If any of you are from the Sarasota area, I’d love to hear some recommendations on things to do and places to eat!
