You guys, this is seriously The BEST Stir Fry Sauce! It’s made with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand too!
I’ve been experimenting a lot lately trying to get this perfect sauce down. I know what you’re thinking, ‘why don’t you just buy the pre-made stuff at the grocery store?’
Well for one it’s hard to find a good one that is gluten free.
And second, I feel like the pre-made ones are so full of preservatives and have a ton of ingredients I can’t even pronounce.
If I can’t pronounce the ingredients and don’t even have a clue what it is, then I’m simply not going to eat it!
For this sauce I combined Rice Vinegar, Tamari (gluten free soy sauce), Sesame Oil, Minced Garlic, and Truvia Brown Sugar.
Just whisk it all together to combine, or add it to a jar with a lid and shake vigorously.
Use half of the sauce to marinade your meat and save the other half to add to your Stir Fry during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
You could use this for Beef, Chicken, Shrimp etc.
If you’re using Shrimp I recommend marinading 10-15 minutes. For Chicken and Beef I recommend marinating a little longer, 30 min to 1 hour for best flavor.
This is perfect for a vegetarian Stir Fry too! Just skip the marinade process. During the last 2 minutes of cooking the veggies, just toss in the sauce to combine!
Stay tuned for the super yummy Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry recipe I created with this!
