Why you’ll love this Thai Noodle Salad Recipe
It’s easy to make, great for meal prepping, filling and loaded with flavor!
How to make Thai Noodle Salad
- Cook Pad Thai noodles as directed, then rinse with cold water and drain.
- In a large bowl add everything for the Pad Thai Noodle bowls.
- In a small bowl whisk together all the ingredients for the Spicy Peanut Sauce.
- Pour your desired amount of the Peanut Sauce over the noodle bowl and mix well.
- Top with Cashews and Sesame Seeds if desired.
What are the best noodles to buy?
I prefer using dried rice noodles since they are gluten free. I used wider pad Thai noodles for this recipe, but the thinner noodles work great too!
Tip: Sometimes the noodles get stuck together once they’ve been drained if they sit too long. If this happens, just rinse under cold water and gently separate them with your fingers.
Can I make this salad ahead of time?
Yes this can be made ahead of time. This will keep well in the fridge for up to 5 days.
