I’m curious, do you make New Year’s Resolutions? I stopped making them along time ago (mainly because I’d never stick to them). I prefer more of a year-round ritual, because that seems to be more my style.
One thing I do try to work on year round is eating more healthy. Over the years I’ve created a lot of healthy recipes to balance out my life.
