Today I put together Seven of my favorite Healthy Salads on the blog. I know a lot of people might think salads are boring or bland, but these all taste super good!
I put a different kind of spin on the traditional Caesar Salad by using Kale and topping with Spicy Roasted Chickpeas. This is the only way I make Caesar Salads now!

I also love spiralizing veggies whenever I can, because it’s fun! Just spiralize a Cucumber and add Tuna, Lemon, and Carrots!
The combination of Fennel with Lemon and Mint is so unique and delicious. Topped with creamy Burrata really kicks it up another notch!
Displaying this Pineapple Quinoa Citrus Salad inside the Pineapple shell is such a great party hit!
Last but not least is this Blueberry Quinoa Arugula Salad. I eat this all summer long when Blueberries are in season!
